I have worked within the helping professions now for over twenty years, having trained initially in the UK with additional studies in Aotearoa. I completed extra study to become a CBT therapist and an EMDR practitioner. I have many areas of experience and interests including depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, forensics, rainbow affirming counseling, motivational work and neurodiversity. My knowledge and skills have been deepened and enhanced by my own lived experience of  ADHD, dyslexia, and other needs. I work with individuals - both children and adults, whanau and group work.
